Excellent service from Loma Autos! Bought a BMW 523i without viewing to ship to Northern Ireland. Car came with 12 months mot and 3 months warranty. Car was as described, communication was great. Very happy with our purchase, an honest dealer, recommended!

I had a great experience with Loma purchasing a Honda Civic Tourer. I found him to be a genuine guy (and really pleasant too).There were a couple of minor issues with the car, as you’d expect with any vehicle that’s 9 years old, but he’d already flagged these and they were addressed as part of the deal.As a precaution I paid for an independent inspection on the vehicle but everything checked out perfectly - the mechanic couldn’t fault the vehicle.In summary, I’d have no hesitation in buying another car from Loma. Recommended!

Owner went out of his way to accommodate me and made the whole process painless with no forced selling tactics. Offered to pick me up from the station, replaced headlight before sale (as it had faded) and polished and waxed the hood of my car which had some imperfections after the sale was completed. Fast efficient and reliable, highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you for a great experience.

Loma Autos.. Well, not your average car dealer.. Honest, honourable, has integrity, true to every word he says. And will not rip you off on price. Also, is a lovely guy. In fact, this guy has no right selling cars! He shames the rest!

Super happy to have bought from Loma. In London, it's super difficult to find a car dealer that you can trust; often you are wanting a recommendation from a friend who knows someone trustworthy. Well, we didn't have anyone who could recommend to us! but now we can recommend Loma to you! We saw that he had the make of car that we wanted so we paid him a visit. He was amiable, and knowledgeable about Toyota which gave us confidence from the start. He was a fair negotiator and helped my Dutch partner a lot with paperwork, explaining how the UK worked with tax, insurance etc. He spent over an hour with him going above and beyond. He also has a few local garage recommendations which is priceless, especially in London.

I'm currently looking for a car for one of my children. Though I didn't find one on the day I have to leave a review just based on the customer service. they were not pushy, allowed me to take my time to look around, answered every query raised. I will be going back in the new year as I value honesty and great customer service.
